DR SIDDIQUE FOUNDATION is a non-governmental, nonpolitical, nonprofit-based organization established in the year 2018 by a group of skilled and dedicated specialist doctors and educationists of tremendous vision as a response to the general mass and deprived population. It has been legally registered under the Society Registration Act-XXI of 1860 vide, Regn. No. 6914/2018 by the Registrar of Society, Department of Registration West Bengal Government. With a mission to Empowerment of the lower-middle-income group and underprivileged sections of the society. DR SIDDIQUE FOUNDATION is focused on social welfare activities aimed at the elevation of human suffering FROM ALL SORTS OF Neurological disorders and all-around development of the community especially for the poor, helpless & weaker sections children, youth, and women through relevant education, innovative healthcare, and market-focused livelihood program.

Healthcare Awareness
DR SIDDIQUE FOUNDATION Health and Medical Camp is a successful project. Under this Project, we have organized many health check-up camps, Health-related awareness programs in the last 30 months, for rural & socio-economically backward people. In these camps, where people are facilitated with free health check-ups for Neurology patients, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation & medicine and we serve around 3700 patients in the last 24 months. We have successfully treated by Major brain and spine surgery on 52 patients in the last 4 years at Free of COST operated by DR SAFI IKBAL SIDDIQUE who himself is Chairman of DR SIDDIQUE FOUNDATION and Neurosurgeon by profession. EMPATHY is amongst our other projects headed by DR MADHURIMA GHOSH an eminent Neuropsychiatrist who treated around 1200 patients of all sorts of Neuropsychiatry problems since 2018 October. For this purpose, DR SIDDIQUE FOUNDATION has entered into a partnership with RAJARHAT NEURO INSTITUTE AND RESEARCH CENTRE Hospital for providing ultra-modern medical facilities in the region. This project is being funded by the personal contribution of members, donations of volunteers, and grants.
